Went to a couple breweries this past weekend, so I had a bunch of new ones. The highlight was the guest beers from Monkish at Trillium Garden. All 3 I had were incredible. Hard to choose between the 3, but I'll go with the one that stood out as the most different: Monkish Riri Waka.
Description: Super peppery. I like peppery hops, but you usually don't get it in the aroma. This one is all pepper up front. The finish is more what you'd expect from a New England style: lots of creamy citrus.
What you should know: The peppery-ness must come from the New Zealand hop RIWAKA. Also, Monkish doesn't distribute, and they're located out near LA, so if you ever come across their stuff, you are lucky (as I was on Saturday).
Recommendations: This should be fairly obvious, but seek out Monkish beers. All 3 I had were 6 Shyoh offerings. Maybe mix some food in between having them though, I wasn't in the best shape afterwards (there were other beers mixed in obviously).
