Working through my most recent purchase - probably will polish it off this weekend. I was due to put a stout on here, and fortunately, this week's haul delivered with Abomination Midnight Snack #2.
Description: Extremely rich beer. It's basically chocolate fudge in a glass. A sipper for sure, but it'll get you there anyway.
What you should know: There's a tiny hint of booziness in this one too, which is probably good, since it's 13.2%. It was the first beer I had that night, and even at that point, I only detected a slight hint of the booze, so be careful. This is only the 2nd beer I've had from them, but both were over 11%.
Recommendations: Pace yourself. Usually with stouts this big, I suggest splitting them with someone else, because they can become a drag by the end. I don't have any such qualms with this bad boy. You'll want every last drop, just be prepared for the kick later.
