Beer of the Week: Tree House Big Chocolate

Unfortunately, I finished the last of my Tree House stash. Fortunately, that means I got to drink more Tree House. No surprise that the best of the bunch was: Tree House Big Chocolate
Description: Aptly named. All of the chocolate flavors. Fudge, milk chocolate sauce, brownies, all in one delicious beverage that somehow isn't even too sweet.
What you should know: The crop of new stouts this year seems to be especially good. There will be more highlighted on here as I plan on drinking all of them.
Recommendations: You can drink this with your dessert or with a salty snack - it plays with either, but I suggest pretzels.

I'm a little bit behind again, as I've had too many different beers. The highlight this week is the one I want most right now: 3 Floyds Broo Doo
Description: Good old-fashioned earthy bitter IPA. Not much maltiness like many of the style, but that's definitely a win for me. I really just want to have this with a burger.
What you should know: I've had a few from this brewery now, and they're all on the earthy/bitter side. They really have that style mastered.
Recommendations: Go old-school and drink something bitter this weekend.

I've done an impressive amount of drinking in the last week. The best is from a brewery I'd never had before: Timberyard Spider Gates
Description: Roasty first, pumpkin after. Good amount of both flavors, and they mix damn well.
What you should know: This is the first pumpkin brown ale I've had, and there need to be more.
Recommendations: Have one more pumpkin beer before they disappear for 10 months.

As expected, had a lot of great beers thanks to a haul from Tree House. The best: Quadruple Shot Mocha Cold Brew
Description: Boozy, rich, coffee, chocolatey and a little sweet, in that order. Awesome.
What you should know: It's stout season. I like stout season.
Recommendations: Drink something this weekend that makes you wish you were drinking it by a fireplace. Bonus points if you actually drink it by the fireplace.
