I went to another wedding 2 weekends ago, and I actually purposely delayed the beer of the week because I didn't have anything worthy of a post. I'll try to get a 2nd one this week, as I expect to have some midweek suds. The best one I had this weekend: Definitive 35.
Description: Tons of citrus and a tiny hint of creaminess. Really great beer based on just that.
What you should know: This is only 3.5% alcohol, which really makes the amount of flavor super impressive. If you're in it for the long haul one day, this is definitely what I'd suggest drinking. I don't think I've had a beer with this much flavor less than 4% ABV that wasn't a sour.
Recommendations: Definitive also makes variations of this beer. I've had a blueberry & mango version, and there are a couple others. Find them. Drink them. Repeat.
