Actually went to a couple breweries in person this weekend. The highlight: Remnant Cadenza
Description: This is a complex beer. It's a saison, so it's got some spice/funk from the yeast. It's also got extra funk and a tiny bit of tartness from the aging process, and fruitiness from the wine barrels. There's a lot of different things going on with each sip.
What you should know: I had this at 11am paired with a pork roll breakfast sandwich from Mike & Patty's. Really hard to go wrong there.
Recommendations: If you take a trip to Remnant, go early enough that Mike & Patty's is still open, and maybe get 2 sandwiches to pair with the 3-4 beers you should plan to drink while there (more once you can stay longer than 90 minutes).
