Some brewery hopping was done in the last few weeks. I had a lot to choose from at Aeronaut. My favorite: Aeronaut Journey To The Center
Description: From the brewery: hibiscus Gose kissed with coriander, pink salt, and white peppercorn. All of it comes through, and it ends up being a salty, herbaceous beer that finishes a little peppery.
What you should know: At 3.6% ABV, this was a welcome break from the mass of IPA's I had that day.
Recommendations: Have a low alcohol beer this weekend. Not a no alcohol beer, and not a light beer, just low alcohol (like 3-4.5%).
