Trillium Super Street Shark
Imperial New England IPA - 9% ABV Pete Collaboration with Bellwoods. It's awesome (shocker). Not as creamy as many Trillium IPA's, and it has a distinctive spicy character. That's nice to balance the sweetness from the high alcohol content, which definitely comes through, but only as a balance for the spiciness. Unreal. Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's |

Trillium Swishium
Imperial New England IPA - 8.5% ABV Pete Collaboration with Bissell Brothers. Looks like OJ, tastes somewhere in between OJ and grapefruit juice, with a super dry finish. Definitely leans more towards grapefruit. It's incredible, obviously. Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's |

Trillium Trillwater
Gose - 6% ABV Pete This is a collaboration with Stillwater. Good gose. It's sour and salty, leaning more towards the sour side. Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's |

Trillium Yummee: Pineapple, Passionfruit, Mango, Lime, & Guava
Imperial Smoothie Sour - 8% ABV Pete Collaboration with The Veil. This is the best fruit beer I've ever had. On the sweet side but not cloying. So so fruity and quite thick, definitely a smoothie. Ratings: Pete - 7 Shyoh's |
