Imperial New England IPA - 8% ABV Pete This is a version of a specific fruited sour IPA with the fruit and the sour removed. This version comes off as pretty bitter and boozy, not at all like a NEIPA. Ratings: Pete - 3 Shyoh's |

Imperial Sour IPA - 8% ABV Pete This is Exhibit A with the acidity added back in. That one piece really make an extreme difference. A little bit of creaminess comes through and it's very tart with some puckering lemon after you put it down. Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's |

Imperial Sour - 8% ABV Pete This is Exhibit B plus fruit minus hops, and it is spectacular. This is a big ole fruit bomb with a little bit of tartness. Knowing how sour the 'B' version was, it really puts into perspective how much fruit must be in this to overtake that flavor. This is just an alcoholic smoothie. Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's |

Imperial Sour IPA - 8% ABV Pete This is Exhibit C plus hops, which actually take away from it a bit. The result is a little less thick and smoothie-like, and the hops balance the fruit a little bit making it pop a little bit less.
