Sam Adams Third Voyage
Imperial IPA - 8% ABV

This has the expected amount of bitterness from an imperial/double IPA, but it also has a nice sweet maltiness going down that really surprised me. It also has some citrus flavors in there that are quite good. Well done.

This is a collaboration with ChuckAlek Independent Brewers. I haven't had any of their other beers as of this writing, but obviously I've had plenty of Sam Adams. This beer is quite good. A ton of roasted flavor that you want from a porter plus a little peppery-ness.

I don't really remember drinking this one, but I apparently took notes on my phone. "ok at best. very sweet." So that will be my review.

I cannot distinguish this from their imperial stout. If I had them both at the same time I might be able to do it, but I also might die. Another beer that can really knock you on your ass.

Sam Adams White Christmas
Belgian Witbier - 5.8% ABV

This is a great one from Sam Adams. It has the underlying flavors of a solid witbier, plus some extra kick from the seasonal spices. I really hope they make this one an annual release.

Sam Adams Whitewater IPA
IPA - 5.8% ABV

There isn't as much of a hoppy flavor as you'd expect in this beer, so it is a bit different from your standard IPA. That said, the other flavors are fairly average. Drinkable, with the punch you'd expect from an IPA, but nothing to write home about.

Sam Adams Wicked Easy
Session IPA - 4.7% ABV

Light but hoppy and lemony. Really nice. Great on the golf course (bonus points if it's the US Open like this picture).

Sam Adams Wicked Fenway IPA
New England IPA - 5.5% ABV

Pretty solid. Hazy, light, and citrusy. Doesn't blow you away, but it's super drinkable.

Solid easy drinker with some lemon. Good airport beer.

This beer has plenty of underlying, subtle flavors, but nothing that really stands out. It is very smooth and drinkable. It will be enjoyed by beer lovers and casual drinkers alike.
