Toppling Goliath Double Dry Hop Psuedo Sue
Pale Ale - 6.8% ABV Pete I didn't notice much difference from the original. It's an incredible beer, much like that one, yet I was still disappointed because I didn't think it lived up to its rating on untappd (4.4 vs. 4.18 for the original). Imperial IPA - 8% ABV Pete I had this immediately after Mornin' Delight, so I was expecting something not quite as good. I was very wrong. Smells like a citrus bomb, and the taste lives up to the smell, along with a little creaminess going down. I taste mango, orange, and maybe some guava in there also. Amazingly good. Toppling Goliath Mornin' Delight
Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete One of the highest rated beers in the world, and for good reason. Smells like maple syrup and coffee. Definitely fairly sweet, with subtle coffee flavors and a ton of chocolate. When you put it down, it leaves that feeling in your mouth like you just ate a chocolate bar. Couldn't find any evidence that this was a tech joke of a name (sudo su), but I sure felt like I could do anything after drinking this, and I didn't even need a password to drink it (probably 1/500 people will get that joke, but I don't care). Wheat IPA - 5.2% ABV Pete Tasty IPA with some creaminess and a good amount of citrus. Incredibly easy to drink. I was fortunate enough to have this after Mornin' Delight and Imperial Golden Nugget (pretty solid night). It didn't have nearly as much flavor as those, but few beers do.
