Clown Shoes Amandine Exorcism Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete Very chocolatey and rich, delicious. It has definite booziness to it. Not overwhelming though, sip-able.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Archdruid Imperial Red Ale - 9% ABV Pete This is a bit orangey and a bit sour. Not bad, but don't bother.
Ratings: Pete - 3 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Baked Goods Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV Pete A nice dry finish on a fairly hoppy pale ale, but it's too far on the malty side for me. If you like malty pales, this is a pretty good one, I just don't love them.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Blaecorn Unidragon Stout - 12.5% ABV Pete Yes, you read that right. 12.5% ABV. It's impossible not to notice that much booze, but it still tastes delicious. The deep dark color and richness make the slight noticeable booziness a surprisingly nice addition. Definitely get your hands on this one.
Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Brown Angel Brown Ale - 7% ABV Pete This is a pretty standard brown ale. It has the right amount of sweetness and is easy to drink. It gets extra points for being strong without being too boozy.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Chocolate Sombrero Stout - 9% ABV Pete This is an extremely chocolatey, very rich, thick stout. It's very tasty, but very hard to drink fast. That's probably for the best, considering the abv.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Clown Shoes Coffee Pecan Pie Porter Porter - 8.5% ABV Pete This is very tasty. Coffee is definitely the dominant flavor. There is some nuttiness in the background, almost like a brown. It's also fairly light (in body) considering how dark it is.
