Peak Organic Amber Ale
Amber Ale - 4.9% ABV Pete If you didn't tell me this was an amber, I'd guess that it was a brown ale. Looking at Peak's description, they say that they're looking for a 'distinct toasty finish'. That certainly was true, and sounds more brown than amber. I generally don't like ambers, so I think I psyched myself out a bit on this one, but I still thought it was pretty good. Peak Organic Hop Noir
Black IPA - 8.2% ABV Pete This beer is about as good as it gets. The bitterness from the hops in the IPA is there, but is shielded by the distinct flavor from the dark malts.
