Peak Organic Amber Ale
Amber Ale - 4.9% ABV
Pete
If you didn't tell me this was an amber, I'd guess that it was a brown ale. Looking at Peak's description, they say that they're looking for a 'distinct toasty finish'. That certainly was true, and sounds more brown than amber. I generally don't like ambers, so I think I psyched myself out a bit on this one, but I still thought it was pretty good.

Peak Organic Fall Summit
Amber Ale - 5.6% ABV
Pete
This is a very good beer. A little sweet plus the bitterness from the hops. Very well balanced.

Peak Organic Fresh Cut
Pilsner - 4.6% ABV
Pete
This is a solid easy-drinking pilsner with a hint of citrus flavor/aroma.

Peak Organic High Note
Belgian Witbier - 5% ABV

This is a pretty great wit. You definitely taste the coriander, plus a hint of the lemongrass is a nice change of pace. I've had lemongrass beers before, but never a good one until this.

Peak Organic Hop Noir
Black IPA - 8.2% ABV
Pete
This beer is about as good as it gets. The bitterness from the hops in the IPA is there, but  is shielded by the distinct flavor from the dark malts. Peak's description says "Enjoy with a night-light" and I can't think of better advice. You will sleep well after drinking this. It gave me renewed faith in mankind.

Peak Organic IPA
IPA - 7.1% ABV

This is a fairly standard IPA. You get the bitterness of the hops, and it is very strong. I would drink it again.

Peak Organic Nut Brown Ale
Brown Ale - 4.8 % ABV

    I like this beer.

Josh had some great analysis here. Great beer. Smelled and tasted delicious. It is also very smooth. The only other thing I could ask for is a higher alcohol content.

Peak Organic Pale Ale
Pale Ale - 5.05% ABV

This beer is a great combination of the bitterness of an IPA going down, coupled with the sweetness of a brown ale in the aftertaste. Great beer.

Peak Organic Summer Session
Pale Wheat Ale - 5% ABV
Pete
Pretty good beer. Easy to drink, as wheat beers are, with a nice hint of hops that doesn't overwhelm the style.

Peak Organic Sweet Tarts New York Cherry
Sour - 4.8% ABV
Pete
A little bit of sweetness, not much tartness, pretty watery tasting.

Peak Organic The Juice
Pale Ale - 5.8% ABV
Pete
Outstanding pale ale. Extreme citrus flavor (not fruity) from the hops, but not too bitter. This could be a gateway into IPA's for people who think they don't like them.

Peak Organic Winter Session
Winter Ale - 5% ABV
Pete
This is a very very sweet winter beer. It is very good, but be prepared for how sweet it is. It has almost no aftertaste.
