Pete - I went to the Lomaland Fermentorium, one of their many locations, on a Friday as they opened. In fact, I was early so I had a coffee at their dairy-free coffee shop before being allowed to drink. They have a couple pre-made flight options, and you can just make your own flights with tasters too. They also sell beer to go, and have a ton of options on tap - more than you can drink in one sitting. Really cool art inside too. I've now also been to the Encinitas location - Far West Lounge. Similar options and notably great music to go along with a vegan food menu.

Modern Times Devil's Teeth (Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Barrel-Aged Coffee)
Old Ale - 11% ABV Pete This is incredible. It's stout-y. I haven't had the original (yet), but this has so much going on. Vanilla and coffee dominate the flavor, but there's also some nice toffee flavor in there. The only reason this isn't a 7 is because it literally cost twice as much the rest of the beers on the menu. Imperial New England IPA - 8.2% ABV Pete Collaboration with Burgeon (haven't had any of those as of 6/17/19). Super juicy IPA. A little bit creamy but mostly dominated by those citrus flavors. Sour Saison - 6.6% ABV Pete This beer ran me $15 at the bar (most were around $9-$11), but it was worth it. Relatively mild sour with tons of tropical fruit flavor (obviously from the guava, but I wouldn't be able to pinpoint that if I didn't already know). If this wasn't $15, it'd probably be a 7.
