Vermont Apex 8: Jay Peak
New England IPA - 7.3% ABV

     Pretty earthy/grassy, but something a little off about it. It has a flavor that I can only describe as "artificial hop". It is to hops what fake fruit is to fruit. Still solid.

     Comes off a little sweeter than most at this level of ABV. It also has a little bit of bitterness. Those things overwhelm the citrus a bit, but it's there at least a little.
