Vanished Valley Brewing Company

Ludlow, MA

Vanished Valley Chasing Dreams
New England IPA - 6.5% ABV

Very good NEIPA. Flavor/creaminess is overripe, creamy melon with a little bit of mango in there. Hard to argue with that.

Vanished Valley Hey, Don't Forget The Coffee
Imperial Stout - 9.5% ABV

Extreme roastiness in this one. Coffee is there too, but mostly just a roasted flavor, and a tiny bit of bitterness. If you like roasty, this is for you. I like roasty.

Vanished Valley I'll Be Pouring
IPA - 6.5% ABV
Pete
Burst of hops at first in both smell and flavor, followed by a nice creamy backbone. Really good.

Vanished Valley Pomona IPA
New England IPA - 6.5% ABV

Super citrusy, definitely quite hazy, but not super thick. Damn good really drinkable IPA.

Vanished Valley Stay Positive and Keep the Faith
New England IPA - 7% ABV

Creaminess dominates. A little melon and finishes a bit dank, and finishes more and more dank as it warms. It grows on you.

Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's

Vanished Valley Milkshake Series - Pomegranate, Persimmon, and Pear
Milkshake IPA - 6.5% ABV
Pete
Smells like it's going to be super creamy, and it tastes the same, with a subtle fruity flavor underneath, and a tiny hint of vanilla. Definitely hits on the milkshake style.

Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's

Vanished Valley No Trespassing
IPA - 7% ABV

Dry IPA that's a little malty and a touch bitter. Not as juicy as I was expecting, but it's good.

Vanished Valley Watershed
IPA - 6.7% ABV

Incredibly drinkable. Some citrus, pretty dry finish, and a little bit of bitterness. It paired perfectly with the deviled eggs I ordered.
