Hubbard's Cave Chocolate & Blueberry Pot De Crème Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete This tastes like dark chocolate covered blueberries. Maybe a little more blueberry flavor than you'd want but it's still delicious.

Hubbard's Cave Chocolate & Cinnamon Pot De Crème Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete Pretty sweet chocolate milk-like flavor with some cinnamon mixed in. If you used chocolate milk for a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, then refilled the bowl with cereal (no extra milk), and ate that, the leftover milk would taste like this beer, though without the resultant buzz.

Hubbard's Cave COCO VAN (2019-5) Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete Pretty sweet stout that comes off pretty boozy. Tiny bit of vanilla and coconut, but the sweetness and booze are definitely dominant.

Hubbard's Cave El Zacatón Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete My attempt to describe this is not going to give you the full picture, as this beer is indescribably good. There is so much going on. The most obvious is the spice from the chiles, but it's not too overpowering that you can't taste other things. The nuttiness of the almond flour comes through (probably smart to use the flour to get the nutty flavor to really seep in there). Chocolate and cinnamon come through as well. I didn't specifically taste vanilla, but I would imagine that it's helping mellow out the spice.

Hubbard's Cave French Toast Imperial Pastry Stout - 12% ABV Pete Maple, cinnamon, chocolate, and a little boozy. I would like it even more if it was a little less sweet, but it's still a darn good beer.

Hubbard's Cave Fresh IIPA V17 (Fresh by 9/11/18) Imperial IPA - 8.5% ABV Pete A little creamy on the tongue, a little citrusy going down, and a little dank in the finish. Great beer. A little too easy to drink given its alcohol, but that's fine with me.

Hubbard's Cave Fresh Pale 6/24/2020 Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV Pete This beer is super malty, more of an amber than a pale. Definitely not my style.

Une Année Airing of Grievances 2022 Belgian Imperial Stout - 10.6% ABV Pete A little Belgian, a little sweet; kind of like a Belgian latte. Pretty darn good. I was shocked at the ABV level - doesn't taste strong at all.

Une Année Le Grand Monde 2019-9 Wild Ale - 7.5% ABV Pete Incredible beer. Intensely sour with a hint of funk and a decent amount of grape flavor. Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's
Une Année Le Seul VII - Mango Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete This is delicious and disappointing at the same time, but that's only because the others of this series are so damn good. It's perfectly sour, and you can taste mango, but it's quite mild on the mango, and I wanted more fruitiness. Still, would 100% buy again.

Une Année Le Seul X - Passionfruit Sour - 6.5% ABV Pete Nice tart and salty with a good amount of passion fruit. Those things together usually lead to an amazing beer, but for some reason this one wasn't quite that. Still, great.

Une Année Le Seul XIII - Guava Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete Doesn't get better than this. Outrageous amount of guava in the aroma. The flavor starts with very high tartness, but a little sweetness and the guava in the finish really balance it well. A tiny bit of funk in the background if you really think about it. I paid $32 at a bar for a 750 mL bottle of this (~25oz). Totally worth it.

Une Année Le Seul XIV - Blueberry Sour - 6.5% ABV Pete Really sour and quite heavy on the blueberry. A tad medicinal, but still solid.

Une Année Le Seul XVI - Blackberry and Lemon Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete Damn good sour. A little bit of blackberry flavor underneath a pretty intense tartness. I didn't specifically taste lemon, but it probably added to that tartness.

Une Année Le Seul XVIII - Blueberry and Passionfruit Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete Super intense. Smell is all blueberry, which dominates the passionfruit throughout (though you can still notice it). Ultra sour at first, followed by so much blueberry. Awesome.

Une Année Le Seul XXVII - Pear and Pomegranate Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete Smell is tons of pear. The flavor is medium tartness with pear and a hint of pomegranate. Love this. I'll buy everything I can find in this series.
