Twin Peaks Brewing Co.

Irving, TX
Pete - I went to the original location in Irving (after some incredible pit BBQ), close to the DFW airport. This is a chain of brewpubs. More restaurant than brewery, and they serve other breweries' beers also. This place is basically Hooters (think about the name) plus a few in-house beers. Notably good fried pickles

Twin Peaks Drop Dead Redhead
Session IPA - 5.9% ABV

I was very glad this beer wasn't a red ale, surprised based on the name. It's a solid, mild, low-ish alcohol west coast style IPA.

Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's

Really nice brown. Toasty and a little bit sweet, but definitely not overpowering.
