Timber Ales

New York, NY

Picture
Timber Between State And Main
IPA - 6.5% ABV
Pete
Pillowy texture, with a candied citrus flavor that gives way to a little more dank flavor as the beer warms. Really good.

Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's

Timber I Must Be Dreaming
Sour - 6% ABV
Pete
The fruitiness of this beer is nice, but vanilla combined with heavy sweetness doesn't really work great in a sour. The can also has a ton of sediment in it. So much that pouring the first half into one glass and the second half into another makes it looks like 2 different beers, as pictured. Pretty odd.

Ratings: Pete - 3 Shyoh's
