Stone Lukcy Basartd American Strong Ale - 8.5% ABV Josh So this beer was brewed in celebration of the 13th anniversary of Stone's Arrogant Bastard Ale. It's a bit more robust than the Arrogant Bastard and it definitely packs a punch at 8.5% ABV. The scent is glorious but fairly deceptive. Hops play a prominent role in this American Strong Ale but they're seemingly absent in the odor. If you happen to find yourself a bottle consider yourself a Lucky Bastard (yes, yes I did).

Stone Mocha IPA Imperial IPA - 9% ABV Pete This is an incredible IPA. Stone really nailed this one. They didn't make a 'black IPA', but they still got some of the flavors you'd expect from a much darker brew into this imperial beauty. Hints of chocolate and coffee are nice in the background to a typical outstanding IPA from Stone.

Stone Pale Ale Pale Ale - 5.4% ABV Pete This is a lightly carbonated, very hoppy pale ale. The hops overpower everything in this one, not a lot of flavor otherwise. There is nothing obviously bad about it, but definitely nothing to make me buy it again.

Stone Pataskala Red IPA Red IPA - 7.3% ABV Pete This is a nice balance of sweet malty red and bitter hoppy IPA. I don't love reds on their own, but mixed with an IPA seems to work more often than not.

Stone Points Unknown IPA - 9.5% ABV Pete This is a pretty solid, above average IPA. That said, I just can't justify paying the premium price for it.

Stone Ripper Pale Ale - 5.7% ABV Pete This tasted a bit too malty/sweet for a pale ale for my tastes.

Stone RuinTen Imperial IPA - 10.8% ABV Pete This is an overwhelmingly bitter IPA. It hides the booze well, but it's just too bitter for me to really taste anything else and enjoy it.

Stone Saison Saison - 6% ABV Pete This is a solid beer. It smells great, tastes good, but the aftertaste is a little off. I would drink this again, but I was hoping for more.

Stone Stone Farking Wheaton w00tstout Imperial Stout - 13% ABV Pete This is extremely rich and nutty, but it is really Farking hard to hide 13% alcohol. Super boozy finish.

Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale Black IPA - 8.7% ABV Pete Drinking this beer is a major task. It has some nice malty and hoppy flavors, but you really get completely overpowered by the amount of alcohol in the beer. It is hard to drink.

Stone Tangerine Express Hazy IPA New England IPA - 6.7% ABV Pete Pithy bitter and citrusy beer. It's in no way a hazy/NEIPA style, but it is a pretty good IPA.

Stone Wazzle Barrel-Aged Sour Sour - 9.2% ABV Pete A little funky, with obvious barrel-aged flavor to it. Tiny bit of fruit. Hard to describe, but it's very good.

Stone Xocoveza For The Holidays & The New Year Milk Stout - 8.1% ABV Pete This is a pretty great stout. It tastes...Christmas-y. The spices in there just remind me of the holidays, so I guess they marketed this well. It also has a hint of spice (hot), which is an added bonus on this one.

Stone Your Father Smelt of Elderberries - Stochasticity Project Ancient Ale - 10.3% ABV Pete This is a hard beer to get a grip on. There is a lot going on, almost like a good red wine, and it has the alcohol to match. I like red wine, so I like this.

Stone Zombie Love Potion Porter - 7.1% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. Solid, a little fruity from the pomegranate presumably, somewhat bitter, nice and roasty.
