Siren Barrel Aged Caribbean Chocolate Cake
Imperial Stout - 8.7% ABV

     Collaboration with Cigar City. Smells heavily of bourbon, like you're about to have it straight. Flavor has chocolate in the forefront, but still plenty of bourbon. Must like bourbon to like this. Fortunately, I do, and this is awesome.

     Super roasty and smooth stout. Really drinkable, not as creamy as you'd expect from an oatmeal stout, but very good.

Sour IPA - 6% ABV

     Pretty sour, a little hoppy, with maybe a hint of grapefruit. A bit of a strange combo, basically a sour with a hoppy aftertaste.

​     Definitely more of a fruit beer than an IPA. It's super fruity, pretty tasty. Also, pretty great Pulp Fiction reference. What's Fonzie like?
