SingleCut Harry Doesn't Mind
Imperial IPA - 8% ABV Pete A hint of a malty backbone, and a huge amount of bitterness in the finish. I had this at a beer and cheese festival, and this was infinitely better paired with cheese, which cut the bitterness quite well. Definitely try to pair this with something salty/creamy.
