Belgian Quad - 10.5% ABV Pete Great beer. My drunk notes on tasting this were "dark and mysterious". I guess that means it's complex and I don't quite have the palate to distinguish all the depth of flavors in here. The first thing you'll taste is maltiness, but there's quite a bit going on.
