Newcastle, ME, as well as Portland and Oxford Maine Pete - I visited the Portland location on a Thursday around happy hour timing. The outdoor area was quite popular. They have food that's pretty outstanding. Inside is a weird looking place, but you can get 4oz pours of everything, so try away. As expected in Portland, most beers are reasonably priced.
Oxbow Bowie Smoked Blonde Saison - 5% ABV Pete Pictured in the middle. It really is 'lightly smoked', but the smoke definitely comes through as the main flavor. Given that I love smoked beers, this is delicious.

Oxbow Brave Noise Saison - 6% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. Solid beer - a little funky and a little earthy, but doesn't blow you away with flavor.

Oxbow Catalyst Saison - 8.0% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. Lots of heavy and lots of funk. Good combo apparently.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Cherry Time Saison - 6.5% ABV Pete Tart, funky, and a lot of cherry. Impressively, it doesn't taste medicinal at all despite the cherry.

Oxbow Coastal Groves Saison - 5% ABV Pete Super drinkable, a little funk, some tart. Just a really darn good beer.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Farmhouse Pale Ale Saison - 6% ABV Pete Funky, but not too much. This is nice, but I wish the spice from the yeast was a bit more pronounced. It's on the mellow side for the style.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Oxbow First Fruits Fruited Saison - 7% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. This is unreal. Super tart, a little funky, and a little fruity. Since there's a few different fruits, none of them really stand out, but they definitely add a ton to this beer.

Oxbow Floruit Saison - 5% ABV Pete Excellent. Funky, fruity, delicious.

Oxbow Frambiovese Wild Ale - 8% ABV Pete Incredible beer. Super light, funky like a Brett, then it finishes with a little raspberry.

Oxbow Freestyle #47 Saison - 5% ABV Pete Pretty light beer with some spice and a hint of funk. This is a great beer to start your night.

Oxbow Funkhaus Farmhouse IPA - 7.5% ABV Pete Pictured in the middle. Definitely way more funky than it is IPA. The hops are there in the background, but the spiciness of the farmhouse and the funk of the Bretty are definitely more up front.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Indigo Yum Saison - 6% ABV Pete This tastes fruity, but an unfamiliar fruit (presumably the honeyberries it's aged on), and also tastes like it's mixed with a little pool water. Not my favorite.
Ratings: Pete - 3 Shyoh's
Oxbow Kasvot Kvass Farmhouse Kvass - 5.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. It has a little bit of funky spice to it, and it's quite light. I didn't really get any of the blueberry flavor, just the color.

Oxbow LA DE DA Wheat Saison - 5% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. Solid wit with medium spice.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Oxbow Long Shadows Dark Saison - 5.5% ABV Pete Toasty flavors but it's definitely still a saison first. Funky and tart with the toastiness in the background. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely for me.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Magenta Sour Saison - 7.5% ABV Pete Lots of grape with a little bit of funk. It has a tiny bit of a medicinal flavor, as is the risk with grape, but I really like it.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Midnight Blue Fruited Saison - 6% ABV Pete Pictured 2nd from the left. Quite good. Funky, fruity, and a little salty. It somehow still comes off like it's watered down, but like it's a watered down version of something that's just a bit more amazing than this.

Oxbow Momotarō Saison - 7% ABV Pete Peachy, oaky, funky, tart. Really good beer.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Montage Sour Saison - 5% ABV Pete Damn good. Mild-medium sour with a little fruitiness and a dry finish that you expect from a saison.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Northern Lager Light Lager - 4% ABV Pete Pictured 2nd from the left. Really damn good lager.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Pastoral Saison - 5.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the right. This is on the edge of being a bit too funky for me, but it's still tasty. Dominated by funk.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Oxbow Plantasia Saison - 4.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. It's super earthy and zesty. I don't taste the honey, but I'm sure the sweetness helps balance all the other ingredients. Awesome.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Post No Bills Saison - 10.5% ABV Pete Nice spiciness to go along with a good amount of sweetness that comes along with a pale beer that's this strong. It's arguably too much sweetness, but I like it.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Oxbow Saison Dell'Aragosta Saison - 4.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the left. I don't taste lobster at all, but I don't taste oysters in oysters stouts usually either. What I do taste is a slightly salty addition to a really delicious spicy saison. Excellent.
Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's
Oxbow Saison Rosé Saison - 6% ABV Pete Really excellent beer. A little spicy, a little funky, a little tart, and kind of a dry finish.
Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's
Oxbow Sasuga! Saison - 5.5% ABV Pete Pretty light body and super fine bubbles. Along with the funk, it's almost like champagne.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Snowball 1 Black IPA - 5.5% ABV Pete Solid IPA with some good roasty flavor from the dark malts, but I probably wouldn't pay the premium price for it again.
Ratings: Pete - 4 Shyoh's
Oxbow Spectral Saison - 5.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the right. Saison with salt, lime, and cherry? Certainly had me intrigued, and it lived up to everything I was hoping for.
Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's
Oxbow Surfcasting Grisette - 4.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the right. Low alcohol beer that tastes like salt and lime? Sign me up. Super refreshing.
Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's
Oxbow Uvalore Saison - 7.5% ABV Pete Pictured on the right. Decent amount of funk and spice with a subtle grape flavor that really rounds out the flavor. I've had wine-themed wild ales before, so I actually had pretty low hopes for this. Still pretty funky combined with grapes, but it worked really well in this one.
