New Belgium Brewing Company

Fort Collins, CO

New Belgium Citradelic
IPA - 6% ABV
Pete
This is a very citrusy IPA that isn't very bitter. You could convince non-IPA drinkers to like this one.

Amber Ale - 5.2% ABV

There is a reason why this beer is very popular. It's very good. Reminds me a lot of Sam Adams Boston Lager, which is probably why it isn't available in MA. Another plus was that it didn't give me gas like Sam does.

New Belgium French Oak Saison
Sour Saison - 7.5% ABV

This is so good that I feel bad that I drank it out of solo cups. It's got some sour and some spiciness that play absolutely perfectly together. Unreal beer.

New Belgium Heavy Melon
Fruit Beer - 5% ABV
Pete
This tastes like a light beer with a tiny bit of fruit flavor. It didn't do it for me.

New Belgium Mountain Time Premium Lager
Lager - 4.4% ABV

This is what you expect from a light lager.

New Belgium Salted Caramel Brownie
Brown Ale - 6.3% ABV

This is a collaboration with Ben & Jerry's, and it sounds great. I had very very high hopes for this. It turned out to just be a pretty standard brown ale that will probably sell due to great branding.

Belgian Witbier - 5% ABV
Pete
This beer is described as a "tart wheat" beer. It is decent, and definitely grows on you as you drink it, but I wanted more tart, as I didn't get that at all.

New Belgium Summer Bliss
Fruit Beer - 5.5% ABV

Pretty darn good beer. Light and fruity, but not crazy fruity. Perfect pool beer.

New Belgium Tartastic
Berliner Weisse - 4.5% ABV

Really good sour. Nice balance of tart and salty going down, and absolutely zero aftertaste. Makes you want more.

New England IPA - 6.7% ABV

Solid IPA with some mango flavor.

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger 8 Hop
Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

The hop flavor didn't come out as much as I wanted. It's pretty plain, but extremely drinkable.

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze
IPA - 7.5% ABV

Very good IPA. It's definitely juicy, but there's also a bit of dryness to it that leaves you wanting more. Finishes super clean.
