     This is just halfway between a cider and a beer in the best way. I wouldn't mind it being a little more sour, but that's splitting hairs. Super crisp and not too sweet.

     A little salty, pretty mellow on the fruit flavor, not super sour. The plums must've leaned toward the sweet side.
