     Very easy to drink and a touch salty. Not super sour.

Foolproof La Ferme Urbaine
Saison - 7.8% ABV

     This is a very solid saison. It has the yeast spiciness you'd expect, and it definitely hides the booze well. This has a bit more flavor than most saisons, I'm a big fan.

Foolproof Peanut Butter Raincloud
Porter - 6.5% ABV

     This is a pretty solid beer. Similar to the regular one, everything is solid. The peanut butter flavor is subtle, which is good, because I think it'd be too much otherwise.

Foolproof Raincloud Robust Porter

     I didn't notice any specific flavors that set this apart from other porters, but everything about it was all-around well done. It is really good.

Foolproof Revery
Russian Imperial Stout - 10.7% ABV

     This is an incredibly dark beer. Very, very hard to drink. It tastes deliciously complex and is silky smooth, but good lord is it dark.

Foolproof Shuckolate
Oyster Stout - 6% ABV
Pete
     This has a certain richness to it from the chocolate flavor, but it is somehow easy to drink, probably because it's balanced from the oysters. This is definitely worth getting.
