Saison - 8% ABV

Really damn good saison. If you asked me to find an example of a truly Belgian beer, this is the one. The spiciness from the yeast is the dominant flavor, but it's just a well-balanced, super drinkable beer with a good amount of flavor. I don't necessarily taste the dandelions, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing.
