Imperial Stout - 12% ABV Pete This is delicious and extremely dangerous. 12% alcohol, yet you can't taste it due to other overwhelming outstanding flavors. You get both dark coffee and rich chocolate as the obvious flavors, with at least a hint of caramel, smokiness, and creamy goodness. I also noticed a tiny hint of bitterness that balanced the sweetness. I honestly don't have a refined enough palate to do this one justice. There is just so much going on, I could barely handle it. Imperial New England IPA - 8% ABV Pete It has everything you expect in a NEIPA, all in mellow form. A little creaminess, but not too much to take away from drinkability.
