Milton, DE (We've had too many of these. See pages 2 and 3.)
Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA IPA - 6.0% ABV Pete I need to qualify this with the statement that I am not a huge fan of IPA's. This beer smells like an IPA, tastes like an IPA, but I still love it. It has a much milder aftertaste than I'm used to and has a hint of sweetness going down.
Update: This is the first beer ever to have its rating changed by me, mainly because it is so good, and since the review first happened, I have been converted to an IPA fan. At the time, the 5 rating was the best IPA on the site. Now, the 6 is not the best, but it is the best of the true IPA's. Only off-centered IPA's have gotten 7's. Wait. Isn't Dogfish Head all about off-centered ales? Oh well. This one may not be off-centered, but the thing is delicious.

Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA IPA - 7.5% ABV Pete This is a solid IPA with a hint of sweetness. The sweet isn't overpowering, just enough so that you know it's there and to hide some of the bitterness. It's a pretty mellow beer.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA Imperial IPA - 9% ABV Pete This is surprisingly mild considering it is an imperial IPA. It has a hint of sweetness that nicely balances the bitterness of the hops. It is very strong, but a much easier drinker than you would expect. All in all, this is a great beer.

Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA Imperial IPA - 18% ABV Pete This is very tasty. It has great hop flavor and a fair bit of bitterness. Obviously it tastes boozy, that's impossible to avoid at 18%. I drank one of these (actually 1 and 1/3 as 3 of us split 4) at noon, so that day was interesting.

Dogfish Head Aprihop IPA - 7% ABV Pete This tastes like a fairly generic IPA. I don't taste the apricot at all, but it is still pretty good.

Dogfish Head Bourbon Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout Imperial Stout - 18.3% ABV Pete Pretty sure this is the strongest beer I've ever had (a few other Dogfish beers are close as of 2/21/20). This just tastes like a super high class rich bourbon. Kind of amazing how that takes over the stout flavors, but I'm not complaining. Delicious.

Dogfish Head Burton Baton Imperial IPA - 10% ABV Pete This is extremely hoppy, as you'd expect from an imperial IPA. Definitely a sipper beer. I'll give it a decent rating because it is so strong.

Dogfish Head Chicory Stout Stout - 5.2% ABV Pete This is another real winner from Dogfish Head. It has a little bit of a roasty flavor that you don't normally get in stouts (I don't know what chicory tastes like, maybe that's it). It is very smooth and easy to drink as well, which is somewhat surprising from such a dark beer. One of my winter go-to's.

Dogfish Head Dragons & YumYums Pale Ale - 6.5% ABV Pete Somehow this is on the edge of fruity, pale ale, and sour all at the same time, yet doesn't have a ton of flavor. Very drinkable.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche Fruit Beer - 4.5% ABV Pete This is a nice light fruity beer. The peach flavor is subtle, but it is there.

Dogfish Head Flesh & Blood IPA - 7.5% ABV Pete Solid IPA. Doesn't really taste fruity, but you get the sensation you might get after having an orange with too much of the rind. It's that kind of bitter, not hoppy bitter, but it isn't overpowering.

Dogfish Head Fort Fruit Beer - 18% ABV Pete You read that right, 18% alcohol. Yet somehow it doesn't seem that strong. My taste buds must be off though, because I thought it tasted like strawberry, and Dogfish says it's raspberry. Oh well. Very tasty, very strong, and very fruity.
