Cascade Blackcap Raspberry
Sour - 7.63% ABV

Awesome. Smells super super sour, with some generic fruit in the background. Flavor is extremely tart raspberry alternating with a clean sour, and some earthiness seeps into it from the oak aging.

Sour Porter - 12% ABV

So much going on with this one. Smells like vanilla and booze (AKA bourbon). Sour on the lips, with some vanilla flavor going down. Then well after you put it down, the dark toastiness of the porter hits you. Just a great experience.

Sour Porter - 12% ABV

Even more going on than the original above. Exactly what I expected. The same as the original with a little hint of cherry in the finish. Given that I like to drink my whiskey with a splash of cherry juice, I can't really argue with their choices.

Cascade Citrus Sage
Sour - 5.3% ABV

Definitely interesting. It's a little funky, and the sage is quite strong. I don't think I've had sage in a beer before, and I like it.

Sour - 9.4% ABV

Pretty sour and a good amount of earthiness from the oak. Quite delicious.

Sour - 8.4% ABV

It's hard to make beer much better than this. A great dry sour. Super tart with subtle fruitiness and enough carbonation to prevent the sourness from lingering too long. Expensive but worth it.

Cascade Kentucky Peach
Sour - 8.3% ABV

Incredible beer. I wouldn't think sour and quad would go well together, but it really really does. Tastes sour and fruity with a tiny hint of booziness, presumably from the bourbon barrel aging.

Cascade Primordial Noir 2017
Sour - 10.5% ABV

I don't know how, but somehow sour beer, wine barrels, and bourbon barrels came together to create something truly unique and delicious here. You manage to get all 3 of those flavors, without anything clashing. Really well done.

Cascade Rose City Sour 2017
Sour - 8% ABV

Tastes more like a cocktail than a beer. A little bit tart, but extremely balanced. A little sweetness is in there too, super refreshing. It's hard to describe why this is so good, so just try it.
