Blue Hills

Canton, MA

Blue Hills Black Hops
Black IPA - 6.75% ABV

This is a great beer. You'll be surprised how light it is based on the color, and it has a nice bitter taste from the hops.

Ratings: Pete - 6 Shyoh's

This is a rare IPA with a malty flavor. The bitterness from the hops is still there, but the malts do well to balance this out.

Ratings: Pete - 5 Shyoh's

Blue Hills Quarter Mile Double IPA
IPA - 8% ABV

I'm not a huge fan of this beer. It's a little too bitter for my tastes. There is a hint of booze in it (in a good way), but the bitterness overwhelms the taste buds.

Ratings: Pete - 3 Shyoh's

This isn't very good. It has a bit of an off flavor. That being said, it's drinkable, and it's strong, so I can't knock it down too far.
