Setup: Buy Kanjam. Or just get a frisbee and a couple of trash cans, preferably with holes in them as in this picture (not required).
Gameplay: You can play any variation you'd like of the game. The drinking rule is you must have a drink in one hand while playing, and if you spill, it is -1 point (you cannot go negative). If the spill was deemed intentional to lose a point, the other team can decide to make the spiller keep the point.
