Had a relatively light week for me. Only 10 or so different beers. Still, had a few awesome ones to choose from. My favorite: Cascade Rose City Sour 2017.
Description: Not the typical beer I put on here. It's more like a cocktail than a beer really. Basically, it tastes like a delicious balanced cocktail that leans toward the tart side. A little sweetness and floral flavors round out this incredibly refreshing beer.
What you should know: Cascade makes incredible sours. This is a relatively simple one for them in terms of depth of flavors, but it's incredibly well-executed and delicious.
Recommendations: Anytime you see a Cascade sour on a menu, it should be the first thing you get. It's going to be expensive, strong, and probably served in small portions, but it's worth it.
